Music Education

• Jazz Factory - Mike is lead tutor for this weekly set of 5 workshop groups which meet every Monday evening in term time based at the Wiltshire Music Centre   

• Trumpet teaching from beginner to conservatoire preparation including jazz improvisation. ABRSM and Trinity exam boards
  

• Orchestra and ensemble coaching - currently Mike is Music Director of the Wiltshire Youth Jazz Orchestra and brass tutor for the Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Orchestra 

• Workshops - jazz improvisation, choral and brass demonstrations

• Higher Education - Mike has been external moderator for the jazz performance module recitals at Bath Spa University and delivers occasional lectures to undergraduates on music and education.
